   We've had solar heating panels for heating water on the roof for years!

   It's really excellent, water is warm - no, hot! - in the summer almost all the time, & even in winter on sunny day!
   I pity the neighbours who sometimes have to actually burn wood (or electricity) in the summer just to shower!
