I'm currently working with a client, one of whom lives and works in Brazil, the other in Copenhagen. We've never met once in person but are managing to run a successful project via video and VOIP conferencing. Skype seems to be the most reliable, but iChat (mac only) is the nicest experience when it works properly.

There is a web conference, Singularity, happening in November 2008 which will be fully presented by video and web based technologies. I hope it works really well because it'll be a great example of what can be done!

I've used TokBox for up to 4 people before when conferencing between the USA & UK.

It was pretty good, that was earlier this year and I know they've added some features since then.

      Thanks David!! :)
      Good to know it works!
Any idea if it works with more than 4 people too?

I kinda lied...iChat on the mac is pretty good. But I seem to have had a few problems with the latest version. Would be interested in hearing other people's thoughts.

I think iChat has to be the best.. but even that has issues with most connections. I thing good quality video is a year or two away.

lol I just wanted to ask about that one.. We're discussing it at another site too.. :)
